What you'll do

Own the roadmap: prioritize by business value and user pain
Find the real problem: work directly with the teams who use AURA every day
Build features yourself: go from idea to working feature with AI
Deploy to production: ship your own features, with engineers reviewing and guiding your work
Keep leadership aligned: explain your priorities and trade-offs from decision to launch
Measure and iterate: define success for every feature, check whether it landed, and go again
