Another Star is seeking an energetic and passionate student for a six-month hotel rooms operations internship in Leiden, Netherlands. The intern will support daily hotel operations, analyze data, improve procedures, and conduct audits, working hybrid with three days per week in the office or on-site.

What you'll do

Assist in managing and executing daily hotel operations-related work on a global level
Support the implementation and integration of operational projects to improve efficiency
Analyze data from front desk and housekeeping operations to determine opportunities to enhance guest and employee experiences
Review and improve standard operating procedures
Perform on-site operational audits to monitor compliance with quality standards
Coordinate initiatives based on guest feedback to boost overall guest satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to optimize room operations
Provide administrative and data analysis support to evaluate project success and organizational goals
