Another Star is seeking an energetic, genuine and passionate intern to join its global Food and Beverage team in the Netherlands, supporting citizenM hotels' F&B operations from the Support Office. The role involves projects around guest satisfaction, quality standards, trainings, ePOS systems, Power BI dashboards and hotel visits. Candidates must be enrolled students available for five or more months, fluent in English, and based in Amsterdam/Leiden with travel across the EU.

What you'll do

Support the global F&B team with projects around guest satisfaction, quality standards and trainings
Support work on ePOS systems and learn to make analyses that help drive the business
Support the global F&B team with insights on performance using Power BI dashboards and other tools
Visit various hotels and help implement projects and train teams
Plan and support internal training sessions
Analyze and propose new ways to improve the quality of F&B in the hotels
Come up with new ideas for the F&B program
Maintain ESG initiatives, helping to limit waste, reduce plastic and more
Help safeguard quality across hotels through quality audits
