- Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor
- Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers
- Make recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Accelerate challenging GenAI/ML and Agentic projects
- Share customer needs internally to impact AWS roadmap
- Define cloud-native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns
- Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures
- Evangelize and educate about running GenAI/ML and Agentic workloads on AWS
