What you'll do

Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor
Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers
Make recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
Accelerate challenging GenAI/ML and Agentic projects
Share customer needs internally to impact AWS roadmap
Define cloud-native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns
Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures
Evangelize and educate about running GenAI/ML and Agentic workloads on AWS
