Alpine Hearing Protection is seeking a Data & AI Specialist to turn marketplace, webshop, and marketing data into insights, data products, and AI-driven solutions. The role requires at least 3 years of data or software development experience, solid Python skills, and hands-on data science and LLM experience. It is a hybrid full-time position based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

What you'll do

Go beyond reporting: spot patterns, surface opportunities, and challenge assumptions with data
Support growth decisions with sharp analysis across marketplace, webshop, and paid media channels
Translate statistical findings into clear, business-friendly stories
Design intelligent data products, not static reports
Own core KPI framework and keep it evolving
Build or own predictive models and forecasts
Run customer segmentation and clustering analyses
Experiment with AI and LLM-driven approaches and take AI from experiment to production
Automate repetitive data tasks across the digital team
Build and maintain Python-based scripts and tools
Work alongside external engineering experts to connect data from Amazon, Shopify, ad platforms, and marketing tools
Contribute to data modelling in dbt and BigQuery
Spot and resolve data quality issues
