Product Manager - Interface Foundations

Adyen is seeking a Product Manager for Interface Foundations to own the design system and technical frameworks that teams across the company build on. The role requires platform product experience, design sensibility, and the ability to drive adoption across teams without authority. This is a hybrid, office-first role based in Amsterdam.

What you'll do

Own the design system and technical frameworks the rest of Adyen leverages to build first-class customer experiences
Decide what gets built next across UI components and the technical infrastructure that powers customer experiences
Hold every component to a high bar for end customers
Define what good looks like for interfaces at Adyen and build review and governance
Drive adoption without authority across teams with their own roadmaps and priorities
Set clear metrics for adoption, speed and experience quality and use them to decide where to invest
Partner closely with engineering and design within the team and with product, design and engineering leads across Adyen
Understand the engineers and designers who build on the foundations and the merchants and shoppers who use what they build
