What you'll do
- Enhance enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud services, and internal automation workflows using APIs and modern platform features
- Design, develop, and support integrations, data migrations, and AI-enabled workflows to connect internal systems safely
- Investigate complex technical incidents, determine root causes, and apply lasting fixes to keep production systems stable
- Create clear documentation, runbooks, policies, and reusable design patterns to support consistent platform management
