Westpac is seeking a Home Lending Data and Intelligence Lead to act as the senior data and intelligence partner for Home Lending. The role involves shaping the data and intelligence agenda, aligning leaders around priorities, and orchestrating multidisciplinary squads to deliver analytics and AI outcomes. Requires strong experience in data, analytics, or AI delivery within a complex business environment, plus knowledge of home lending.
What you'll do
- Accountable for a clear, prioritised and outcome-led Home Lending data and intelligence roadmap
- Act as the senior DDAI partner for Home Lending and align leaders around the problems, outcomes and sequencing
- Coordinate squads and practices from problem definition through delivery, adoption and benefit realisation
- Track value, adoption, risks, dependencies and delivery health across the Home Lending portfolio
