Principal AI Architect / Agentic AI Engineer needed in Sydney to lead design and development of enterprise-scale conversational and agentic AI solutions. Requires hands-on technical leadership with strong software engineering fundamentals and deep expertise in AI orchestration, LLM applications, and conversational platforms.

What you'll do

Design and architect Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build intelligent AI agents with orchestration, tool integrations, decision-making workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications leveraging RAG, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases.
Lead engineering design, architecture reviews, and technical delivery across AI initiatives.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
Define best practices for AI governance, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI.
