Snowflake is seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead relationships with a focused portfolio of strategic public sector customers in Melbourne. The role involves owning complex whole-of-government accounts, closing large multi-year transformation programs on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, and orchestrating virtual teams and partner ecosystems. Candidates need a strong track record selling complex technical solutions into large public sector or enterprise accounts and expertise in public sector procurement.

What you'll do

Own a small portfolio of complex public sector accounts, building multi-year strategic account plans that combine consumption expansion with targeted net-new acquisition
Shape and close large, transformational programs positioning the Snowflake AI Data Cloud as the enterprise data foundation for whole-of-government data sharing, analytics, and AI
Grow strategic workloads across agencies and business units, including Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowpark, Snowflake Marketplace, secure data sharing and clean rooms, and Snowflake Horizon governance
Engage and influence senior executives, including Department Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries and Business Leaders, CIOs, CDOs, and program sponsors
Lead complex procurement pursuits end to end, including large tenders, panel and framework arrangements, enterprise agreements, and security, sovereignty, and compliance accreditation
Orchestrate a virtual account team across Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner, Legal, and Snowflake executives, and co-sell with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Drive large-scale migrations from legacy data warehouses and on-premise platforms onto Snowflake, with clear value realisation and executive business reviews
Forecast with precision and run rigorous deal strategy using MEDDPICC or a similar methodology across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
