Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in software engineering, LLM integration, and the Salesforce platform, with end-to-end ownership of customer outcomes and mentoring of other engineers.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform
Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness
Resolve technical blockers such as data integration failures and model deployment issues
Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting
Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly
Codify patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks
Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work
Provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments
Surface field insights to Product and Engineering
Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into agentic solutions
