Rimini Street is seeking a Staff Engineer for Agentic Solutions and Reusable Platforms to join its Innovation Solutions group. The role involves turning delivered agentic AI solutions on ERP systems into reusable frameworks and reference architectures, with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP. This is a hands-on, remote position open to candidates in Australia or New Zealand, requiring 10+ years of production software experience and deep ERP technical expertise.

What you'll do

Turn delivered solutions into reusable assets
Shape repeatable offerings
Own the reference architecture and engineering patterns for agentic solutions on ERP
Anchor the ERP side of the estate
Build the agentic capability further
Hold the production bar
Own the engineering standards and the software development lifecycle
Progressively take ownership of technical areas led by the Group Vice President
Develop engineers
