The role involves defining strategy and roadmap, tracking adoption and revenue impact, and working with cross-functional teams to improve AI performance. What you'll do

Define the strategy and roadmap for Operator and automotive AI products in Australia
Set goals and metrics, and track adoption, conversion and revenue impact for dealers
Define how AI handles automotive scenarios such as vehicle enquiries, test drive bookings and service appointments, including quality and escalation to human staff
Work with data and engineering teams to evaluate AI performance and prioritise improvements
Conduct weekly user research with dealer principals, sales, BDC and service teams
Communicate goals and results to the executive team and across the company
