NiCE is seeking an experienced Solution Engineering Director to lead an international team and drive CXone and Digital solutions into markets. The role requires deep AI product pre-sales expertise, team leadership, and commercial fluency in AI pricing models.
What you'll do
- Own Presales end-to-end: pipeline, solution strategy, POC governance, and win/loss review
- Lead on complex enterprise AI deals from first discovery through technical sign-off
- Design and oversee POCs — including data requirements, model evaluation, integration architecture, and results framing
