MYOB is seeking a senior technology leader to head the engineering of customer-facing AI products, leading a multidisciplinary team across AI engineering, data science, and software engineering. The role involves setting technical direction, ensuring quality, reliability, safety, and cost, and partnering with Product and Design to deliver agentic AI products from discovery to production.
What you'll do
- Own the engineering of MYOB’s agentic AI products from discovery through to production and ongoing operation, translating product strategy into high-quality customer outcomes.
- Define the target technical state for MYOB’s AI products in partnership with the GM, Architecture and engineering teams, guiding key architecture, platform and investment decisions.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks, quality measures and release criteria, balancing accuracy, latency, reliability, safety and cost across production AI services.
