MYOB is seeking a senior technology leader to lead the engineering of customer-facing AI products, turning AI strategy into scalable customer experiences. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team across AI engineering, data science, and software engineering, with accountability for quality, reliability, safety, and cost of agentic AI products.
What you'll do
- Own the engineering of MYOB’s agentic AI products from discovery through to production and ongoing operation, translating product strategy into high-quality customer outcomes.
- Define the target technical state for MYOB’s AI products in partnership with the GM, Architecture and engineering teams, guiding key architecture, platform and investment decisions.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks, quality measures and release criteria, balancing accuracy, latency, reliability, safety and cost across production AI services.
