Experienced Data Scientist needed to support a multi-year Data & Analytics Uplift Program in a large, complex environment. The role focuses on advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and data-driven decision support, including predictive modelling, NLP, and GenAI initiatives. Requires hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python, SQL, and delivering AI/ML solutions via CI/CD.

What you'll do

Develop analytical models, machine learning solutions and decision-support capabilities using structured and unstructured data.
Identify patterns, trends and emerging risks to support improved business outcomes.
Build predictive models to forecast outcomes and support evidence-based decision making.
Apply statistical, machine learning and NLP techniques to solve complex business challenges.
Deliver AI/ML solutions through modern engineering and deployment practices.
Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
