Kinetic IT is hiring four founding Forward Deployed Engineers for its new AI Engineering & Platforms division. The role involves embedding with clients to discover high-value AI use cases, building AI-enabled systems end-to-end, and driving adoption. Requires strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on AI depth, and customer-facing confidence.
What you'll do
- Discovering and framing high-value AI use cases from inside the operation
- Building AI-enabled systems end-to-end — agentic systems, RAG, automation workflows, APIs and integrations
- Prototyping, testing and iterating quickly, then hardening what proves value
- Productising what you learn — driving adoption and generalising into reusable patterns
