Senior Manager, eDiscovery needed to lead the Australian eDiscovery team at a world-leading international law firm. Requires 10+ years of end-to-end eDiscovery delivery experience in contentious matters, team leadership, and expertise in AI-enabled legal technology and platforms like Relativity.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end eDiscovery delivery, ensuring consistent quality and client service, with hands-on support when complex issues arise.
Coach and develop eDiscovery Managers and their teams, creating opportunities to learn, progress and build rewarding careers.
Champion AI and emerging legal technology, translating innovation into practical improvements for clients and legal teams.
Build trusted relationships with partners, colleagues and clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow our eDiscovery offering.
Guide teams through change, coordinate resourcing across offices and support collaborative, effective ways of working.
Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear oversight of project delivery, pipeline, costs and billing.
Support sustainable growth through sound budgeting, pricing, financial controls and risk management, while promoting a safe, respectful workplace.
