HammondCare is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 22-month fixed-term contract in St Leonards, NSW, with hybrid work options. The role involves designing and delivering end-to-end digital and AI solutions, requiring at least 10 years of experience and strong skills in React, TypeScript, Python, and AI/LLM technologies.

What you'll do

Own the delivery of complex, multi-layer solutions spanning user interfaces, services, data, and AI
Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments, defining problems and shaping practical, scalable solutions
Ensure all solutions align with enterprise constraints, including governance, privacy, safety, and clinical standards
Provide technical leadership through hands-on delivery, influencing outcomes and driving progress without relying on hierarchy
Lead the development of end-to-end features and products, from design through to production
Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions
