GHD is seeking an experienced Software Developer - AI Enablement to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services across its global business. The role involves working with LLMs, Generative AI, machine learning, cloud services, and intelligent automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Requires strong Python and/or C# skills, experience with AI/ML solutions, and knowledge of Azure AI services.

What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI and software architectures.
Build and integrate Generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
Develop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines supporting AI applications.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solve business challenges.
Optimize AI models and applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of AI systems.
Contribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices.
Mentor team members and share knowledge across the development community.
Ensure responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and governance requirements are incorporated into solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and software engineering.
