Experienced Ticketer needed for Flight Centre Travel Group's Global Supply team in South Bank, QLD. Requires 3+ years travel industry experience, GDS knowledge, and skills in content distribution, process improvement, and automation.

What you'll do

Manage complex operational support escalations, ensuring issues are understood, documented, and resolved effectively.
Utilise AI and data tools to validate operational data, identify anomalies, and maintain accuracy and compliance
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while collaborating with stakeholders on corrective actions
Support the development and upskilling of consultant support and offshore teams
Produce operational audit reporting and insights using data and AI-enabled tools
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve distribution efficiency, and increase revenue outcomes
Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers, Customer Implementation teams, and other business stakeholders
Coordinate testing, communications, and deployment activities for operational solutions
Assist in process design, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Manage and support automation tools including robotic process automation and chatbots
Maintain expert knowledge of travel operations, content distribution, and fulfilment processes
Develop and maintain knowledge management resources and documentation
Build strong relationships with suppliers, offshore partners, technology providers, and internal stakeholders
Participate in or lead operational projects and business improvement initiatives
