Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Organisation & Work Transformation team in Perth, specialising in Strategic & Technology Change. The role involves leading workstreams that help clients translate strategy and technology investment into practical, measurable transformation outcomes. Requires 4+ years' experience in project-based transformation environments and strong change delivery skills.

What you'll do

Deliver high-quality, client-ready work that supports measurable transformation outcomes
Lead defined streams of organisation and technology-enabled change, managing priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations
Shape plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver change interventions that support adoption, readiness and measurable transformation outcomes
Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations
Translate business needs into change approaches aligned to the broader transformation program
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, governance and status reporting
Design workshops and guide junior team members
Partner with functional teams to understand the people impacts of major technology programs like SAP or Oracle
Use AI and firm tools responsibly to lift quality, efficiency and insight
