Deloitte is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for a 12-month opportunity in its Change & Experience team, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The role leads enterprise-wide AI adoption, driving capability and behaviour change, and requires strong change management, project management and AI-enabled transformation experience.

What you'll do

Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, helping people and leaders embed agentic ways of working
Shape and lead change priorities that bring Deloitte's AI ambition to life
Connect strategy to action and move leaders from awareness to lasting behaviour change
Design targeted interventions that build confidence, capability and sustained adoption at scale
Shape executive forums and leadership sessions
Run cross-functional workshops
Help teams reimagine roles, workflows and experiences as AI becomes embedded
Strengthen governance, decision-making and delivery rhythm
Use AI-enabled tools and experimentation to sharpen insight, adoption planning, engagement and measurement
