Deloitte is seeking an AI Program & Change Lead (Manager or Senior Manager, 12-month opportunity) to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across its Change & Experience team. The role focuses on leading people-led AI transformation, behaviour change, capability building and adoption at scale, partnering with senior leaders and transformation teams. Candidates need proven enterprise-scale change leadership, AI-enabled or technology-led change experience, and strong stakeholder influence.

What you'll do

Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, helping people and leaders embed agentic ways of working
Shape and lead change priorities that bring Deloitte's AI ambition to life
Connect strategy to action and move leaders from awareness to lasting behaviour change
Design targeted interventions that build confidence, capability and sustained adoption at scale
Shape executive forums and leadership sessions
Run cross-functional workshops
Help teams reimagine roles, workflows and experiences as AI becomes embedded
Strengthen governance, decision-making and delivery rhythm
Use AI-enabled tools and experimentation to sharpen insight, adoption planning, engagement and measurement
