What you'll do

Define AI, data and software architecture across complex programs
Maintain technical depth through key designs, critical decisions and reviews
Lead and develop AI & Data Engineering Leads across multiple teams
Engage senior client stakeholders on technical direction, trade-offs and delivery risk
Establish engineering practices, quality controls and delivery standards
Drive adoption of AI-first engineering practices and developer tooling
Shape proposals and pursuits and build the scaled engineering practice
