Coles Group is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Systems Engineer to support the health, stability and security of its ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and integrations. The role involves upgrades, releases, secure integrations, automation and CMDB data quality in a large, complex environment. Extensive ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript and PowerShell skills are essential.

What you'll do

Support the health, stability and security of production and non-production ServiceNow environments
Deliver regular upgrades, releases, clones and new platform functionality
Design and build secure integrations using Integration Hub, spokes, REST and SOAP
Support SAML, OAuth and mTLS authentication
Improve CMDB and Asset data quality across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments
Build applications, scripts, flows, business rules and automation using configuration-first principles, JavaScript and PowerShell
Independently troubleshoot platform, integration and CMDB issues
Deliver well-designed changes and work alongside experienced engineers on larger initiatives
