The role involves end-to-end recruitment across engineering and professional disciplines, early careers pipeline development, and stakeholder partnership with regional leaders.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Transport, Energy, Industrial (Resources), Water, Environment & Land and Buildings
- Recruit across a broad range of engineering, technical and professional disciplines, from early careers through to experienced hires
- Partner closely with regional leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop practical, targeted recruitment strategies
