Aurecon is seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 12-month full-time contract in Sydney. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior engineering roles across NSW & ACT, requiring a mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with ATS platforms like Workday.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across Engineering portfolios in NSW & ACT
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored, high-quality hiring strategies
Proactively source, engage and assess high-quality talent using a range of direct, market-led and innovative approaches
Balance volume and complexity in a fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining quality outcomes
Provide market insights, guidance and best-practice recruitment advice to stakeholders
Leverage recruitment systems, emerging technology, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency and candidate experience
Ensure strong governance, process compliance and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
