Aurecon is seeking a Senior Learning & Leadership Consultant to strengthen leadership, consulting and commercial excellence across Australia and New Zealand. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on facilitation, coaching and learning design, requiring at least eight years' experience in designing and facilitating professional skills, leadership or capability development programs.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders and People teams to identify capability priorities and shape practical solutions aligned with Aurecon’s strategic and commercial objectives.
- Facilitate engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended leadership and professional development experiences.
- Coach individuals and groups to support leadership growth, behavioural change and the transfer of learning into everyday work.
