Alignerr seeks Senior Machine Learning Experts to author high-fidelity reasoning traces for advanced AI systems. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role requiring deep ML expertise in model reasoning, evaluation, or training.
What you'll do
- Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that capture how an LLM should plan, reason, and act step by step across sophisticated technical tasks
- Design structured traces that document tool use, decision-making, and problem decomposition in clear, logical detail
- Review and provide expert feedback on traces authored by others, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability
