Alignerr seeks an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives connecting clinical, operational, and performance data, and to contribute domain expertise to AI training workflows. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role requiring deep healthcare analytics experience, strong SQL and BI platform skills, and the ability to mentor a BI team.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends, inform leadership decisions, and drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
