Key Responsibilities
- Support employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and critical administrative tasks within the People team.
- Manage and own the recruitment process from end to end (initial proposals up until hiring stage).
- Support day-to-day workplace needs, vendor coordination, and internal event organization.
- Gain exposure to HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and explore opportunities to improve processes, including the use of automation and AI tools.
