Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine positioning and messaging for agentic AI and customer experience assurance
- Lead launches for agentic AI product releases, including launch tiering, sales enablement, content development, analyst and media briefings, and post-launch measurement
- Monitor competing solutions across AI evaluation, contact-center testing, quality assurance, and related categories
- Develop sales pitches, discovery questions, objection-handling materials, demo narratives, and other resources
- Create high-quality solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch content, and conference presentations
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success
- Participate in customer and sales conversations to identify messaging gaps and improve positioning
