- Own the full commercial logic: network positioning, pricing, brand building, fleet and business propositions, and policy environment
- Set strategic direction for Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs domains
- Create cross-functional alignment to turn domain performance into commercial momentum
- Achieve €1 million revenue per station by 2030
