Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact across community platform, GitHub, and social channels — responding to technical questions, moderating discussions, and helping developers with debugging.
- Develop and share content that resonates with a technical audience — product update posts, tutorials, social updates, and newsletters.
- Maintain relationships with key influencers, edge AI leaders, and power users.
- Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups (in person and virtual).
- Showcase Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU capabilities to the community, gather and route feedback to product teams.
- Grow the community organically while keeping signal-to-noise high.
- Track community engagement and health metrics and use AI-assisted analysis to spot trends.
- Encourage contributions to Voyager SDK and work with community members and internal engineering to resolve technical issues.
