Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact across community platform, GitHub, and social channels
- Respond to technical questions, moderate discussions, and help developers with debugging
- Develop and share content such as product update posts, tutorials, social updates, and newsletters
- Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, repurposing, and localizing content
- Maintain relationships with key influencers, edge AI leaders, and power users
- Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups
- Showcase Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU capabilities to the community
- Gather and route feedback to product teams
- Grow the community organically while maintaining signal-to-noise ratio
- Track community engagement and health metrics
- Encourage contributions to Voyager SDK
- Work with community members and internal engineering to resolve technical issues
