- Act as a strategic sparring partner and countervailing power for IT management and senior leadership.
- Assess and challenge the IT change portfolio and investment agenda from a financial perspective.
- Translate complex IT, change and financial topics into scenarios, management insights and executive decision-making.
- Challenge and steer portfolio performance, cost development, investment decisions and benefits realization.
- Increase financial transparency within IT through clear insight into cost drivers and Activity-Based Costing.
- Strengthen governance and steering frameworks across Finance, IT and Change.
