Key Responsibilities
- Own digital product surfaces end to end: from user problem to shipped feature to measured outcome
- Run discovery with users, clients, and internal teams to define sharp problem definitions and prioritised paths
- Build features using AI agents across the full loop — specs, code, testing, iteration
- Keep stakeholders informed and bought in, from leadership to teams using the product
- Model full-loop product management for the builder group
- Define success metrics per feature (usage, retention, adoption) and hold yourself to them
