- Accountable for security, availability and resilience outcomes of critical operational and technology services
- Lead trusted connectivity, enterprise and data centre networking, perimeter services and security, cyber security platforms, data centre facilities and physical security services
- Own engineering, operations, security posture, cyber resilience, performance and lifecycle management of services
- Provide enterprise confidence that critical technology services are secure by design and resilient by default
- Influence enterprise-wide decisions to reduce risk, improve service quality and strengthen resilience
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and strategic partners to operate and modernise critical services and platforms
- Deliver secure and reliable service outcomes and create measurable business value through automation, AI-enabled operations, service modernisation and continuous improvement
