Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercial and timely legal advice across banking and finance activities
- Support stakeholders across BOQ, BOQ Specialist, BOQ Finance and BOQ Financial Markets
- Advise on development and amendment of lending and deposit product terms
- Negotiate bespoke contractual arrangements
- Support structuring, negotiation and settlement of transactions
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory implementation, customer remediation, mandatory breach reporting, marketing activities and strategic transformation initiatives
- Manage multiple matters and projects simultaneously
- Work closely with stakeholders across Distribution, Product, Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Transformation
- Lead complex transactions and projects
